We also deal with moulds and tools for precise die casting and plastics injection as well as mould inserts. Experienced mould and tool makers manufacture tools up to a total weight of 15 tons.

Moreover, we design and manufacture deburring tools for precise and safe deburring of series parts from our moulds.

We offer full service from a single source also in the field of mould making, from engineering to manufacture, assembly, and die spotting. Upon request, our specialists will assist you in running in the tools.

Repair work on moulds is part of our daily business. Special software and devices on our machines facilitate and speed up the reclamping procedure for the workpieces. Precise 5-axis machining enables fast work even on complex contours.

High-quality work starts with project planning and determination of milestones. This way, we ensure on-schedule realization of our customers’ projects.

Finally, moulds and mould inserts are measured and logged on 3D measuring machines. We provide initial sample test reports, if required.
