From  prototype machining all the way to series production, we manufacture high-precision components with modern 5-axis simultaneous milling and milling-turning centers with automatic loading systems.

Our CAD/CAM/CAE software infrastructure enables us to read and process your electronic data in virtually any format.

All materials - whether delivered by the Customer or supplied by Deharde, can be processed as semi-finished, cast or welded parts. This applies to steel, aluminum, copper, nickel and titanium alloys as well as to various plastics and composites. We work to satisfy any final surface treatments.

Detailed documentation naturally complement  the complete machining cycle: material sample certifications and reports; component sub-assembly testing analysis; etc.
