Once our contract is signed, we are ready to begin on our journey. Deharde assigns a Project Manager single-point-of-contact to interface directly with you, our  Customer, and to closely manage the complete project end-to-end. Working closely with the Customer, our Project Manager leads the engineering team to develop  the most innovative, cost-effective solutions satisfactory to the Customer. Our goal is to find the optimum design based on  your unique needs, requirements and on-site technical environment.

Detailed project management at Deharde integrates and optimizes each discipline required to complete the task. This approach enables uncompromising  ad- herance to budgets, deadlines and quality specifica-tions.  Our engineering experts supervise each project  phase from "Concept to Completion". Tight deadlines often require concurrent engineering, wherein design and manufacture (partially) overlap each other.

The project's progress is assessed within  regular design reviews together with our Customers.

The detailed design is primarily done in CATIA V5 or Inventor with stress-compliant dimensioning (FEM).  Our service range includes all required technical documentation, e.g. CE declaration of conformity.
